2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Residents of Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, authorized dealers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or persons living in the same household are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

4. HOW TO ENTER
A. Purchase Entry Method
During the Promotion Period, purchase a qualifying Autel Ultra S2 Series diagnostic tablet (models AUTMS909S2, AUTULTRAS2, AUTMS919S2) from an authorized Cornwell dealer.

Upload valid proof of purchase and tablet serial number
Each unique qualifying tablet purchase (verified by serial number) equals one (1) entry. Unlimited entries permitted per person, provided each entry is associated with a separate qualifying tablet purchase and unique serial number.

B. FREE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a #10 envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2026 and received by October 7, 2026.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.

Mail-in entries must be handwritten. Mechanically reproduced or automated entries are void.
AMOE entries will have equal odds of winning as purchase entries.

5. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

The Grand Prize includes:
• Three (3) consecutive nights hotel accommodations in Las Vegas, Nevada (hotel selected by Sponsor)
• Two (2) admission badges to the 2026 SEMA Show and AAPEX Show
• $2,000 travel allowance (awarded via check or electronic payment)

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,750
The travel allowance is intended to offset airfare and other travel expenses. Winner is solely responsible for arranging airfare, ground transportation, and all other travel arrangements.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize elements except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any portion becomes unavailable. All expenses not specifically stated are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about October 5, 2026 from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days following the drawing.
The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of attempted notification.

The winner will be required to complete and return:
• Affidavit of Eligibility
• Liability Release
• Publicity Release (where permitted)
• IRS Form W-9

The winner’s guest must also sign a liability release prior to travel.
Failure to comply may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

8. TAXES
The total value of the prize is taxable income to the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or 1099-NEC if applicable) for the full ARV of $4,750, as required by law.

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who:
• Tampers with the entry process
• Submits fraudulent proof of purchase
• Violates these Official Rules
• Acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.

10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Autel US Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

11. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

12. DISPUTES
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York.

13. WINNER LIST
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope by December 31, 2026 to:
