At National Calibration & Diagnostic Solutions, headquartered in North Carolina, co-founder Darren Sodoski and his team are transforming the way Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibrations are performed by taking this service on the road. Starting as a static calibration provider using Autel’s IA600 Maxisys ADAS Calibration frame, Darren and his team quickly realized the potential of mobile solutions. By incorporating Autel’s advanced tooling, including Autel’s IA700, the business expanded its services to include mobile ADAS calibrations.
“We found a lot of success with mobile calibrations for vehicles like Toyota and Honda, which require specific setups,” he says. “Instead of moving cars offsite, we save time and streamline logistics by performing these services directly in shops with sufficient space.”
With the introduction of the IA700, the team at National Calibration experienced a significant upgrade. Debuting at SEMA 2024, the company’s 360 Van showcases its innovative approach to ADAS Calibration.
