Autel U.S. was founded almost 15 years ago with the goal of developing powerful yet affordable diagnostic and service software and tools that would empower the hundreds of thousands of automotive technicians in North America to repair and service the increasingly sophisticated vehicles of their customers entering their shops every day.

Over the years, we have built a successful and respected brand. We’re proud of this accomplishment. But we know we did not do it alone. We have been fortunate to partner with some of the most successful businesses in the aftermarket wholesale and retail sectors and to have had numerous technicians and shop owners help us improve the features, functions, and navigation of our tools.

That’s why shops, both small and large ones across this country, say they rely on Autel as their go-to brand.

It’s both humbling and a little amusing; we don’t have to tout our tablets, sensors, and systems – our users do it for us all the time on social media, in videos, and in user groups. And we are exceedingly grateful.

In keeping with that spirit of gratitude, we launched the Autel Cares Initiative.

Autel Cares is our multi-faceted approach to giving back to our community and industry here in New York and nationwide with donations to worthy philanthropic causes, the creation of the annual Autel Awarding Excellence Scholarship program for graduated high school seniors pursuing careers in automotive repair, and the development of the Autel Inspires program, which will provide free or at a discounted cost tools and software to the many worthy but severely underfunded primary and secondary automotive education programs and schools throughout North America.

Our latest initiatives are only just getting started, and in the coming weeks, months, and years, these pages will detail the above commitments and others, highlight the good work of the charitable organizations we are honored to partner with and showcase the accomplishments of the schools and students we have been able to help.
