AGSC Declaration of Conformance

Certification A – Autel U.S. Inc. Declaration of Conformance
ANSI/AGSC/AGRSS 005-2022 requires those engaged in automotive glass replacement and/or recalibration/calibration services shall only use equipment specifically designed and purposed for recalibration/calibration when recalibration/calibration of the ADAS (features) is required by the vehicle manufacturer.

Autel Response:
Autel ADAS calibration/recalibration systems are manufactured to our own documented internal quality standards. Each internal quality control process utilizes equipment that is applicable and compatible with both the software and hardware associated with performing the appropriate calibration/recalibration.

The IA series (IA700, IA800, & IA900) utilizes target placement optically which minimizes technician placement errors plus validates on post scan report. The optical system also helps ensure the targets to vehicle are on the same plane plus account for roll, pitch, & yaw.

The MA600 calibration frame system, though offering a mechanical pattern/target-to-vehicle positioning method, provides the technician with detailed OE-compliant instructions for the complete calibration processes. The ADAS-calibration tablet displays needed Vehicle Pre-calibration conditions and calibration environment requirements; Illustrated, step-by-step vehicle positioning specifications and guidelines; and OE-compliant targets, patterns, and calibration toolsets.

The Autel calibration/recalibration systems (including software and hardware), when operated as designed and as directed, meets and/or exceeds the associated vehicle manufacturer’s documented calibration/recalibration requirements.

Certification B – Autel Declaration of Standard Conformance
Autel will make every commercially reasonable effort to remain in compliance with the ANSI/AGSC/AGRSS 005-2022 Standard (or its most current version) set forth by the Auto Glass Safety Council and approved by ANSI.
